KAMARAKIA no. 1 is the ground floor house. It is 40 sq.m and consists of :
- a separate bedroom with a double bed,
- a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (table and chairs)
- two more single beds
- a bathroom
Up to 4 persons can be accommodated. The house has exclusice access to the yard where there is a table, chairs and sun umbrella.
