Overview
VILLA LILITSA on Chalki island is located on the beautiful beach of Ftenaghia and can accommodate 2-5 persons. There is a spacious veranda with stone - built couches, a wooden table and chairs, and a sun umbrella, where you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Aegean sea! A stone path leads directly to the organized beach of Ftenaghia where there is a tavern serving local dishes.
The house is on two levels: the main entrance of the house leads to a small reception hall and an open space kitchen which is fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has :
- a double bed,
- a 3-fold closet,
- a chest of drawers and from the bedroom windows you have a fantastic panoramic view of the most beautiful beach of the island!
- The bathroom, which is located on the same floor, has a shower and WC
An internal wooden staircase leads to the second level of the house (attic) where there are :
- two single beds (possibility to accommodate a third person)
- large closets as well as a second WC on this second level
Access: Access to the main settlement of the island is done either with the island's mini bus that has frequent schedules throughout the day, or on foot (10' away).
Equipment: The house has a refrigerator, electrical oven, hair dryer, TV , fan and 2 air condition units
Cleanliness: Change of sheets and towles and house cleanliness - offered in rental price twice a week

VILLA LILITSA e situato sulla bellissima spiaggia di Ftenaghia. E 'stato costruito utilizzando la pietra locale regione e secondo il tradizionale stile architettonico di Chalki isola. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio a 3 volte, una cassettiera e dalla camera da letto finestre avete una fantastica vista panoramica della spiaggia piu bella di tutta l'isola! Il bagno, che si trova sullo stesso piano, ha una doccia e WC. Una scala interna di legno porta al secondo livello della casa (attico), dove ci sono due letti singoli (possibilita di ospitare una terza persona). Ci sono grandi armadi, nonche un secondo WC su questo secondo livello.
•Accesso: Accesso al principale insediamento dell'isola si puo fare con l'isola di mini-bus che ha frequenti orari durante la giornata, oppure a piedi (10 'di distanza).
•Attrezzatura: La casa dispone di un frigorifero, forno elettrico, asciugacapelli, TV, ventilatore e 2 unita di aria condizionata .
•Pulizia: Cambio di lenzuola e pulizia casa e towles - offerti in affitto prezzo due volte a settimana.

VILLA LILITSA liegt direkt am wunderschonen Strand von Ftenaghia. Es wurde mit Hilfe der lokalen Region Stein und nach dem traditionellen Baustil der Insel Chalki. Die Besitzer der Villa organisiert haben es in einer solchen Art und Weise, wie zu allen notwendigen Komfort, um seine Gaste.Das Haus ist auf zwei Ebenen: Der Haupteingang des Hauses fuhrt zu einem kleinen Empfang Halle und seine offenen Raum, die Kuche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen elektrischen Geraten und Kochutensilien.
Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, ein 3-fach Schrank, eine Truhe und Kommode aus dem Schlafzimmer-Fenster haben Sie einen fantastischen Panoramablick auf die schonsten Strand der Insel! Das Badezimmer, die sich auf der gleichen Etage, verfugt uber eine Dusche und WC. Eine interne Holztreppe fuhrt auf die zweite Ebene des Hauses (Dachgeschoss), wo gibt es zwei Einzelbetten (Moglichkeit zur Unterbringung einer dritten Person). Es gibt gro?e Kleiderschranke sowie ein zweites WC auf der zweiten Ebene.
Es ist eine geraumige Veranda mit Stein - gebaut Liegen, einem holzernen Tisch und Stuhlen und einem Sonnenschirm, wo Sie genie?en den atemberaubenden Blick auf das Agaische Meer!
Ein Stein Weg fuhrt direkt an den Strand von Ftenaghia organisiert, wo gibt es eine Taverne lokale Gerichte serviert.
Zugang: Der Zugang zu den wichtigsten Siedlung der Insel ist man entweder mit der Insel Mini-Bus, der regelmaig Termine im Laufe des Tages oder zu Fu? (10 'entfernt).
